How much do tickets cost?

Tickets cost from £9 per child and from £14 per adult.

Grotto tickets can be added to your basket for an additional price starting from £11 per child. No charge for adults accompanying the child. Grotto tickets include a present from Santa.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

Yes you can, but we advise pre-purchasing in advance to secure your tickets before the event sells out! We will have a small box office available for walk-in sales, however the walk-in price is £2 more for adults and £1 more for a child.

Will I receive my tickets by post?

You will receive an email with a QR code, which we will scan when you get to the entrance point. You can print your tickets off but these can also be scanned directly from your phone.

There is a time on my ticket what does it mean?

The time on your ticket is the time you should arrive at Dean Castle. Please try and arrive as close to your time as possible as arrival times are set and staggered to control the flow of attendees.

I’ve bought a ticket and now I can’t make it

Unfortunately, tickets to Christmas Wonderland Presents Starry Nights at Dean Castle are non-refundable. You can however transfer tickets to friends and family in your absence by logging into your Citizen Ticket account.’
